People have lots of choices about which websites they link to, so take that choice away by creating standout content that people can’t ignore. When you’re answering the questions that people have in an entertaining, thorough way, then you’re going to find links start growing organically.

However, people are rightly protective about what they put on their sites, so you’ve got to be able to demonstrate that you’re going to provide them with value. If you’re already doing a great job on your own website, then this is much easier.
Grow Your Personal Brand
If you can establish yourself as the go-to person in your industry, then people are going to go out of their way to link to you and benefit from your authority.
For example, digital marketing is a hugely competitive niche, but virtually everyone in it will talk about Neil Patel. So, when people want to back up what they’re saying about SEO, one of the first places they will think to link to is Neil Patel’s website.
When you position your brand as a leader in your industry, people will use your authority to back up what they’re saying, and the links start flowing in.
